


Places of WorshipBurlington and it's surrounding area has a number of places of worship who welcome visitors to join them for their services and special events. Eight of the local churches have been built in the 1800's and some are open during the week for prayer and reflection. We suggest you contact the church you are interested in to confirm hours and other details. CemeteriesThere are 25 cemeteries located in the Burlington area. Many of these cemeteries are an interesting part of the history of Burlington. In north Burlington, there are several cemeteries that once belonged to pioneer families that inhabited the area.
