- Where can I rent a boat/canoe/sea-do?

- Where can I access the internet and/or use a computer?
- There are no internet cafés in Burlington.
- There is public access to the internet at the public libraries.
- There is wireless access available at the Visitor Centre at 414 Locust St.
- Currently wireless access is also available at other locations.
- Where can RVs and buses park to access the visitor’s centre and/or the downtown core?
- There is a single parking spot between Locust and Brant on Elgin (across from the side entrance of city hall).
- There are no RV/Bus parking spots at the waterfront, however you may be able to park at the Burlington Art Centre off Elgin St. Note: parking fees apply.
- Where can I exchange money?
- There are many banks that will provide money exchange services.
- At Mapleview Mall there is a money exchange booth located on the upper level just above the food court by the elevator (Enter at the Starbucks door on the eastern side of the mall).
- Where can I find information on housing/rentals in the area?
- Where is the closest CAA?
- The Burlington CAA is located on 3480 Fairview St. between Walkers and Guelph Line, 905.632.6772.
- Where do you go to deal with City Parking Tickets?
- City Hall has a parking office on the main floor.
- Speeding Tickets have to paid at the Provincial Offenses Courthouse, 2021 Plains Road, Burlington, 905.637.4125 (just behind the Tim Horton’s).
- How do I know if it’s safe to swim in Lake Ontario?
- The Halton Region Health Department tests the water quality and advises the public about the safety of Lake Ontario’s water for swimming
