Situated across from Lake Ontario, the BAC’s unique features include a lush interior courtyard, complete with a water feature, an exotic greenhouse; and a choice of art-inspired rooms to suit your needs.  Clients have the choice of three unique rooms:  The Shoreline Room, Rotary Lakeshore Room and the Fireside Lounge.  The Shoreline/Rotary Room has an S-Shaped bay window facing the lake,  with a maximum capacity of 225. This space can be divided into two smaller rooms for rentals of 100 people.  The Fireside is an intimate meeting space for up to 55, ideal for meetings and smaller gatherings.  Each room can be equipped with a projector screen, podium and an amplified sound system, plus wireless internet.  A polycom phone system and a digital projector are available.
