The Hearth Room has been refurbished offering a unique ambiance with Mill stone, antiques and a large open "Hearth" that accommodates just up to 200 people for meetings, 100 people for a sit down meal or 140 people in a reception style set up. Tented events can accommodate groups of over 300 on the lawn and patio. The adjoining walkout patio and museum grounds are ideal for staging picnics and other fresh-air events. For outdoor ceremonies and receptions or activities, the half-moon-shaped patio in front of the Alexander Barn or the picturesque museum grounds may be used in tandem with the Hearth Room.
