Our Policy
When you visit the Tourism Burlington website you do so anonymously and are not required to tell us who you are. The terms and conditions outlined throughout this Privacy Policy, are interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (without applying the province’s conflict-of-law principles). If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
