Pan Am Games 2015

New City Park has unanimously been approved for the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Games by both the Niagara Escarpment Commission and City Council.  The Park will feature a permanent 1500 spectator stadium supported by an additional 5000 temporary seats for the Pan Am Games preliminary and Parapan soccer events.  "This is a once in a lifetime oppportunity for our community," said Mayor Cam Jackson. "Burlington can showcase the magnificent Niagara Escarpment to millions of viewers, around the world, who will be watching these soccer matches."  Let the games begin! Visit
