The Burlington Art Centre is home to the world's largest collection of contemporary Canadian Ceramics, with over 2,000 pieces in the collection. The Art Etc. Gift Shop is part of the Burlington Art Centre and specializes in Canadian hand crafted items, all of which are carefully selected by the shop's selection committee.
Artists Walk is a unique shop located in historic Village Square, showcasing a profusion of fine art, photography, jewelry all hand-made by Canadian Artisans. Burlington Artist Gallery represents the avian paintings of award winning local artist Chris Bacon and the original artwork of owner Joan L. Ng.
Newly opened across from the Royal Botanical Gardens, Edy Roy Gallery features professionally hand blown glass art. This gallery is open on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm and other days by appointment only.
The Studio Brigitte Gallery is a rustic Swiss chalet-type dwelling situated on 10 acres of rolling woods and meadows in the Niagara Escarpment. It is located in the quaint village of Lowville in north Burlington and features the paintings of Brigitte Schreyer. Brigitte works in oil and watercolours and also offers workshops.
Just a Wee Gallery features the works of painter Leigh Cockburn out of his home on Cedar Springs Rd. Leigh works with acrylic on hard board, watercolour paper, and graphite pastel and features nature subjects. The gallery is not open regularly to the public so contact Leigh via his website.
