Primary Meeting Facilities

Our primary meeting facilities include naturally inspired, traditional establishments, lakeside vistas, downtown arts, spiritual spaces, intimate gatherings and those under one roof.

Many of our local restaurants have private dining areas that are also suitable for smaller meetings including The Carriage House Restaurant, Napolean’s Steak & Seafood House, Paradiso and The Queen’s Head just to name a few.

Best Western PLUS Inn & Suites
This hotel and meeting facility is easily accessible off the QEW and features three small meeting rooms, one on the main floor and two on the lower level.

Art Gallery of Burlington
Situated across from Lake Ontario, the Art Gallery of Burlington is home to Canada’s largest collection of contemporary ceramics and features an interior courtyard, exotic greenhouse and a choice of three art-inspired rooms to suit your diverse meeting needs.  Each room can be equipped with a projector screen, podium and an amplified sound system, plus wireless internet.  A Polycom phone system and a digital projector are available.

Burlington Convention Centre
The Burlington Convention Centre provides the perfect combination of elegance, efficiency and exquisite cuisine. The grand entrance arches welcome you into an opulent lobby with soaring ceilings and magnificent decor.  The three interconnecting event halls have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind providing individual climate control, unobstructed views, adjustable multi-level lighting, high acoustical balancing, walls with low sound transmissions, wireless high-speed internet access and complimentary parking.  Adjacent to this facility is the Courtyard by Marriott hotel which also has meeting facilities. Burlington Performing Arts Centre
Located in the downtown core just steps from Lake Ontario, this beautiful Centre is ideal for a wide range of functions including weddings, corporate and community events, conferences and galas.  Featuring a 718-seat main theatre and three additional flexible spaces well suited for small receptions, rehearsals, meetings, recitals and rotating exhibits.

Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Burlington

One of Burlington’s newest meeting venues, this hotel opened in late 2018 and has 3 event rooms totalling 1800 sq. ft.  This hotel is immediately adjacent to the Burlington Convention Centre providing an opportunity to partner with this facility for larger events.

DeGroote School of Business—Ron Joyce Centre
Home to McMaster University MBA Executive program, this LEED Gold-certified building contains numerous versatile meeting rooms suitable for all types of events and group sizes, offering sophisticated comfort, technology and professionalism all under one roof.

Joseph Brant Museum

Joseph Brant Museum, located across from Spencer Smith Park in downtown Burlington, is a unique location for meetings or special gatherings. With free wi-fi and easy access from major highways, this location is perfect for groups, both small and large. Add on a Museum visit to enhance your meeting or event.

Ireland House Museum

Planning a family and friends’ get-together?  This private park-like setting, with ample space, makes the grounds at Ireland House Museum the perfect location. Tents are permitted but are the responsibility of the client.

LaSalle Banquet Centre
A replicated 1917 Pavilion overlooks LaSalle Marina and Burlington Bay. Offering two meeting rooms bathed in natural light, a large covered veranda and acres of parkland ideal for corporate BBQs and delegate activities.

Hilton Garden Inn- Burlington
This hotel and conference centre features an executive board room and a main banquet hall that splits into three meeting spaces. In-house food and beverage services are available.

David Springer Estate
This 19th-century home at the foot of the Niagara Escarpment is a magical setting for intimate gatherings and small weddings surrounded by immaculately manicured gardens.

Royal Botanical Gardens

The Royal Botanical Gardens, set on 2700 acres of natural elegance, offers outdoor and indoor settings in one of the most spectacular meeting venues in Canada.  The Rock Centre has a seasonal restaurant and gorgeous banquet facility overlooking an expansive patio and rejuvenated rock garden.  The main RBG Centre has numerous spaces to meet a variety of needs.

St. Luke’s Parish Hall
