Burlington is ideally located for those wanting to visit farms & markets. In rural Burlington, you can find on-farm markets and Pick-your-own farms. In the city, several seasonal farmers’ markets offer local ingredients and an authentic taste of place.

Visitors will find north Burlington the rolling rural countryside dotted with farmland, nurseries, golf courses and conservation areas very picturesque. At some of the local farms, you can purchase or pick your own products, and in some cases participate in tours. Visit Stonehaven Farm Market where you can pick your own pumpkins, visit the giant corn maze and kid zone and take home baked goods and local products. At Springridge Farms you can take a memorable wagon ride, enjoy the farm’s fun yard, boo barn and pick up homemade pies and preserves. Backed by Bees offers natural craft mead, raw honey, and curated local food & goods.  Visit them and ‘bee’ at nature’s table.

In the heart of the city, visit the Farmers Market at Burlington Centre. Enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables sold by local farmers in season from May until October on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  In downtown Burlington, Centro Garden has a seasonal market on Sundays and is a popular stop for local residents and visitors.  In Aldershot, you can find a summer market on Tuesday evenings from 3-7 pm in the White Oaks Plaza. These run biweekly starting May 24.
