Join us for this exciting workshop blending visual & auditory arts! Engage in relaxing meditation, create your own mandala and as it takes shape, you’ll will be guided to ‘sound out’ your art using a variety of instruments like chime and hand drums. This workshop offers stress relief & creative exploration. All materials provided. No previous experience necessary.
