Looking to spend the day with your partner? Spend the day in beautiful and quaint Downtown Burlington. Pick up a coffee/tea at one of the many cafes along Brant Street, and then enjoy a stroll along the lake. Plan a visit to the largest botanical gardens in Canada – right here in Burlington.The Royal Botanical Gardens is a beautiful place to visit and explore the gardens in the fresh air. Discover the diverse plant life among the various gardens, trails and parks. The summer season means there is an explosion of colour among the gardens, and the 27km of hiking trails gives you plenty to see throughout the day. The Burlington waterfront is the perfect place to visit to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in #BurlON. Take advantage of Lake Ontario by spending the day beside it. Take a walk at Spencer Smith Park to the end of the Brant St Pier. Head the opposite way and take a walk, run, or bike ride down the Waterfront Trail.
